A drafting tool, not advice
AppealPilot provides a structured starting point for a Plan of Action. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for reviewing Amazon's current policies, and not a guarantee of any outcome. No attorney-client or advisory relationship is created by using it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use AppealPilot. You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your sign-in secure — activity under your account is treated as authorized by you.
Acceptable use
Use AppealPilot only to draft your own Amazon appeals, or those of a business you're authorized to represent. Don't submit notices or personal data belonging to someone else without authorization, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or use it to generate content unrelated to an Amazon seller appeal.
You are responsible for what you submit
You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of every statement, fact, and document you submit to Amazon, whether or not it came from a generated draft. Review every draft before you submit it — see the fill-in-the-blanks markers and disclaimer shown on each case.
Payments and per-case purchases
A single-case purchase includes unlimited regenerations and revisions for that specific case. It does not extend to a new, unrelated suspension or listing issue, which requires its own purchase. Pro is billed monthly and covers unlimited cases for the duration of an active subscription; canceling stops future billing but doesn't retroactively refund the current period.
Refunds
If a case draft was never generated, or a technical failure prevented you from receiving usable output, contact us and we'll refund that case. Once a complete draft has been generated, purchases are otherwise final — the underlying AI generation cost is incurred whether or not you end up submitting the appeal.
Intellectual property
You own the notice text and answers you provide, and the drafts generated for your cases. We own the AppealPilot product itself — the software, templates, and guidance content are not licensed to you beyond using the service as intended.
Disclaimer of warranties
AppealPilot is provided "as is." We don't warrant that a generated draft will be error-free, that Amazon will accept any appeal, or that the service will be uninterrupted. No one can guarantee a reinstatement outcome, and anyone who promises that is not being straight with you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AppealPilot's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost sales or a lost Amazon account.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from /settings. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service, non-payment, or activity that violates these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AppealPilot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date below; continued use of AppealPilot after a change means you accept the update.
Review carefully
You are responsible for the accuracy of every statement and document you submit to Amazon.
